Color Me Orange

Orange: we go together like carrots and sweet potatoes,

Sunrises and orange juice,

Clementines and tiger lilies.

Orange rejuvenates my soul

Reminding me to extract life's juices;

Squeezing and seizing its every moment.

Letting it drip from our elbows

and splatter

between our toes.
